Position - Country Sales Manager (M - 1 Post)

Salary - Above 5,000,000 MMK + Bonus+ Commission + Meal and Travel Allowance+Rewards for over performance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalardon Township

Job Description:

• Business Development: well-defined and insightful sales strategy, forecasting of future market demand,

• Performance Management and Operational Excellence: manage KPI, cost and business annual plan

• Development of People and Leadership: Encourage accountability at all levels, continuous talent pipeline review and development

• To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with management team, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix

Job Requirement

• Minimum of fifteen years of professional experience with at least five years of experience in a similar management role, background to the master degree

• Understating application for robot in many industries is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong focus in providing people leadership and business leadership

• Strong leadership, organizational. Strategic mind-set, marketing, and sales orientation, competent in planning and managing/measuring results

• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, whilst knowledge of other languages would constitute an advantage
