Position - Customer Service Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate

Business - Mobile Industry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township

Job Descriptions

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Identify and solve issues using ethical and professional methods
  • Assist with requirement and collaborate with the Operations Team
  • Communicate with customers using various channels
  • Use our CRM tool to manage customer relationships
  • Able to work team work and communication skill
  • Able to multitask and system related knowledge

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Working Knowledge of CRM & MS Office
  • Minimum Two Years of Experience in Telecom or Service Industry
  • Hands on experience for creating HMS testing and VOC analysis reports
  • Excellence customer service mind-set, good attitude, interpersonal skill and valued teamwork
  • Requirement for Basic English (Writing/reading)
