โข Build, maintain, and grow key account relationships with high-value clients
โข Drive short-term sales goals and meet revenue targets
โข Develop and implement long-term success strategies for key clients
โข Act as the strategic partner between clients and internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Production)
โข Lead client onboarding, campaign planning, and project delivery across departments
โข Analyze client data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve service delivery
โข Collaborate closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell marketing solutions
โข Prepare and present reports, insights, and business reviews to clients and management
โข Ensure overall client satisfaction and long-term retention
โข Mentor junior team members in account management best practices

โข Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
โข Minimum 4โ6 years of experience in client service or customer success role in a Marketing/Advertising Agency
โข Strong background in strategic planning, key account management, and revenue growth
โข Excellent command of English โ both written and spoken
โข Strong leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills
โข Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
โข Passionate, energetic, and a proactive mindset
โข Familiar with digital marketing trends and media planning is a plus
