Salary - Up to 1,200,000 MMK +Allowance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Sat Alternative) (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Description:
Accountability:
- Manage & analyzing the CLM (Closed loop marketing) data generated through online promotion to the customer
- Collaborating and support sales and marketing teams by providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve sales effectiveness, and drive overall business growth.
Data Analysis (70%)
- Create a system to extract the data from CLM & map the data to generate key insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve sales force effectiveness, and drive overall business growth.
- Generate monthly reports with Data summary dashboards on division wise – brand wise promotion, customer wise promotion & submit to the country heads, country managers & NSMs & marketing heads.
- Tracking on promotion performance, do analysis and evaluate to ensure sales performance are delivered as set.
- Report and analysis, including executive reporting of sales results, tracking and analysis to improve sales effectiveness
- Other responsibilities as per Company assigned for the possible data as per topics
Sales admin Support (30%)
- Generate various assigned reports related to brands, customers, channels & HQ wise.
- Compiling monthly sales report
- Assist on preparation of quarterly review formats & annual budgeting
- Maintaining and updating sales records
- Assist senior sales admin for the sales data analysis
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks as per the requirement
Job Requirement
Key Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experiences as data analysis in Pharmaceutical, or similar industry
- Advanced excel, analytical concepts, data visualizations, Power BI for data analysis is a plus
- Any degree graduated
- 3-5 years in data analysis position of any mid-size to large organization (Worked as data analyst and sales admin)
- Familiarity with analytics concepts such as databases, programming, tools, MS advanced excel, data visualizations
- Descent verbal (spoken) English to communicate with Expats
- Advanced skills in MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, proficient in Power BI for data analysis
- Ability to manage & record the data in the excel file
- Fluent in Burmese (Professional)
