Position - Division Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Above 2,000,000 MMK + Ferry

Business - FMCG

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Tharketa Township

Job Description:

 

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, business plans, and action plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the division's market presence.
  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring the sales team, including setting sales targets, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and training.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing customer relationships.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts and achieve overall company goals.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Developing and managing the sales budget for the division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Overseeing the implementation and management of sales technologies, such as CRM systems, to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring that all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

 Skills and Qualifications

  • 6 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR [Sales Development Representative].
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues and make sound decisions.
  • Understanding of business principles, financial management, and market dynamics.
  • Typically requires several years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
