โ€ข Manage daily eCommerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order fulfillment.
โ€ข Coordinate with marketing, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
โ€ข Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and retargeting strategies.
โ€ข Optimize website performance, navigation, search functionality, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing.
โ€ข Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, logistics partners, and online marketplaces.
โ€ข Maintain accurate product information, pricing, images, and content across all platforms.
โ€ข Analyze data using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to support business decisions and forecasting.
โ€ข Stay updated on eCommerce trends, AI-driven shopping experiences, personalization, and industry best practices.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
โ€ข Degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related fields.
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing roles.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
โ€ข Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital campaign management.
โ€ข Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, CMS platforms, MS Excel, and eCommerce tracking tools.
โ€ข Good understanding of UX/UI principles, inventory management, supply chain operations, and CRO strategies.
โ€ข Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
โ€ข Knowledge of advanced analytics tools, web development basics, and AI/personalization trends is an advantage.
โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce is preferred.
