โข Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
โข Manage daily eCommerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and order fulfillment.
โข Coordinate with marketing, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
โข Monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
โข Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and retargeting strategies.
โข Optimize website performance, navigation, search functionality, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing.
โข Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, logistics partners, and online marketplaces.
โข Maintain accurate product information, pricing, images, and content across all platforms.
โข Analyze data using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to support business decisions and forecasting.
โข Stay updated on eCommerce trends, AI-driven shopping experiences, personalization, and industry best practices.

โข Degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or related fields.
โข 3โ5 years of experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing roles.
โข Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
โข Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, performance marketing, and digital campaign management.
โข Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, CMS platforms, MS Excel, and eCommerce tracking tools.
โข Good understanding of UX/UI principles, inventory management, supply chain operations, and CRO strategies.
โข Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
โข Knowledge of advanced analytics tools, web development basics, and AI/personalization trends is an advantage.
โข Masterโs degree in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce is preferred.
