Job Description: 

• Led overall operations of the production facility, ensuring seamless manufacturing process and consistently production targets. 
• Implemented strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across manufacturing operations.
• Supervised and motivated a team of production staff, providing guidance to achieve high-quality output and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality control, and logistics, to streamline the supply chain and customer demands.
• Established stringent quality control measures to ensure products adhered to industry standards and client specifications.
• Managed inventory levels and coordinated with suppliers to maintain an uninterrupted flow of materials.
• Monitor and analyze performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
• Conducted regular performance evaluations, identified areas for improvement, and launched training initiatives to up skill employees,
• Successfully managed the Manufacturing and Technical Support department, effectively coordinating their respective responsibilities.
• Monitored production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Assessed and allocated human and material resources required for production activities.
• Proactively monitored and adjusted production processes as needed to optimized efficiency and minimized downtime.
• Prepared and maintained production reports, providing valuable insights on performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree
• Diploma in Factory Management
• At least 3 years of working experiences in Production fields (Energy Drink and Purified Water) and (Within FMCG Industry is preferred). 
• Can drive & must have driving license.
• Must be able to use Computer.
