Job Description: 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow fuel sales volume across retail stations, commercial clients, and whole sales market.
• Manage and oversee daily fuel operations including inventory control, logistics coordination, fuel deliveries, and dispatch planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, resellers, distributors, and fleet operators.
• Monitor fuel prices, competitor activities, and market trends to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport teams, and logistics partners for timely and cost-effective fuel procurement and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and stock levels for management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field (mandatory). 
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fuel/oil/gas industry with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong background in fuel sales, wholesales, retail operations, or petroleum logistics.
• Strong knowledge of fuel distribution, pricing strategies, and sales operations.
• Experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or fuel supply chain.
• Good understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to fuel handling.
