Position – General Manager (1 Post)

Salary – Up to 3,000,000 Lakhs + Hostel Allowance + Meal Provided

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Working Hours – 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Location – Mahar Aung Myay Township, Mandalay

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and coordinate all departments: Sales, Delivery/Logistics, Warehouse, and the Accounting/Finance team.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of department supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Resolve daily operational issues, such as delivery delays, stock damages, or customer complaints.

• Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Mandalay and surrounding upper Myanmar regions.

• Maintain and build strong relationships with key sub-dealers, wholesale shops, and brand principals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to review monthly Excel-based P&L reports, monitor distribution costs, and manage overall budgets.

• Oversee warehouse inventory levels to prevent both overstocking and stock-outs, ensuring a healthy stock turnover.

• Review credit terms and high-value outstanding debts to safeguard company cash flow.

• Standardize operational processes (from order taking to delivery and payment collection) to improve efficiency.

• Ensure the safe and cost-effective management of the delivery fleet and warehouse facilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in the distribution, FMCG, or trading industry. Experience managing a full branch operation is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track role in managing diverse teams (salespeople, warehouse staff, and office teams).

• Must be comfortable reading financial data and operational reports in Microsoft Excel to make quick, data-driven decisions.

• Deep understanding of the Mandalay and Upper Myanmar distribution network and logistics routes.

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must possess high integrity and strong communication skills.
