Job Description: 

  • Define and implement a growth strategy aligned with business objectives in Yangon’s EV mobility sector. Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities in areas such as fleet partnerships, corporate mobility solutions, or government programs, especially in EV and charging infrastructure sectors. Stay current on EV policies, regulatory trends, and transport infrastructure developments to refine business strategy.
  • Own P&L drivers—identify new revenue streams such as corporate contracts, new services, or offerings. Develop, pitch, and close commercial deals in alignment with revenue targets and business models. Oversee end-to-end sales processes and maintain accurate deal pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Build compelling proposals, business models, and financial assessments (e.g., ROI, IRR) to support new partnerships and expansion plans .
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, legal, and technical teams to prepare investment pitches and execution roadmaps.
  • Build and lead a lean business development team; set clear goals, mentor team members, and ensure cross-functional execution. Work closely with operations, marketing, finance, and technology teams to align on product-market fit and delivery execution 
  • Track and report on business development KPIs: deal pipeline, conversion rates, revenue growth, partner engagement metrics, and performance of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline status, risk, and strategic insights.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or commercial strategy—preferably in mobility, transportation, EV, or infrastructure sectors 
  • Proven track record securing partnerships with enterprises, government, or EV/mobile stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation, presentation and experienced closing high-value agreements
