Position - Head of Marketing (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate

Business - NGO

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing including the positioning of all brands, current and future brand strategies including vision, goals, and manifesto. 
  • Lead the organization’s branding and communication strategy, including digital and traditional media, KOL partnerships, and consumer engagement campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to analyse data, unlock new business channels, execute trade promotions, and strengthen partnerships with key venues and retailers. 
  • Define consumer and trade pricing models that balance affordability and competitive margin requirements. 
  • Strategize product launches, identifying the right SKUs for the current year and planning ahead for future years. 
  • Plan and oversee yearly consumer research to assess brand health and guide marketing decisions. 
  • Manage partnerships by collaborating with agencies while fostering strong relationships with key partners, including convenience stores, premium bars, and clubs, to support activations and events. 
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor the team to grow as standout leaders. 
  • Provide decisive leadership to ensure clarity in decision-making and strategic alignment. 
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth, building a collaborative and high-performing team. 
  • Perform other related duties as required. 

Job Requirement

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a senior marketing role. Experience in FMCG, healthcare or other related industry is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, drive results and foster a collaborative work environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategy. 
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Self-driven with a passion for creative solutions and continuous improvement. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 
  • Proficient in Google services and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and tools. 
  • Understanding the sexual and reproductive health would be an asset. 
  • English is required.
