๐‰๐จ๐› ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:

โ€ข Lead and manage all HR & Administration functions.

โ€ข Develop HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

โ€ข Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.

โ€ข Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, performance appraisal, and employee engagement.

โ€ข Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, SSB, tax, and government regulations.

โ€ข Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

โ€ข Support fraud investigations and internal control processes.

โ€ข Organize training & development programs for employees and leaders.

โ€ข Supervise HR & Admin operations for Head Office and Branches.

โ€ข Manage office administration, procurement, assets, and facilities.

โ€ข Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and management reports.

โ€ข Coordinate HR-related audits and maintain relationships with government offices and external stakeholders.

โ€ข Perform other duties assigned by management.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

โ€ข MBA, HRM, HRD, or professional HR qualifications preferred.

โ€ข Minimum 10 years of HR & Admin experience, including 5 years in managerial roles.

โ€ข Experience in finance, microfinance, banking, or corporate organizations preferred.

โ€ข Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, SSB, Income Tax, and compliance procedures.

โ€ข Proficient in MS Office, HR software/HRIS systems, and reporting.

โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

โ€ข Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
