Position – HR & Admin General Manager (M/F – 1 Post)

Business Types – Financial Industry

Salary Package – Up to 30 Lakhs

Working Hour – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Day – Monday to Saturday

Location – Mayangone Township 

Job Description:

• Lead and manage all HR & Administration functions.

• Develop HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.

• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, performance appraisal, and employee engagement.

• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, SSB, tax, and government regulations.

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Support fraud investigations and internal control processes.

• Organize training & development programs for employees and leaders.

• Supervise HR & Admin operations for Head Office and Branches.

• Manage office administration, procurement, assets, and facilities.

• Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and management reports.

• Coordinate HR-related audits and maintain relationships with government offices and external stakeholders.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• MBA, HRM, HRD, or professional HR qualifications preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of HR & Admin experience, including 5 years in managerial roles.

• Experience in finance, microfinance, banking, or corporate organizations preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, SSB, Income Tax, and compliance procedures.

• Proficient in MS Office, HR software/HRIS systems, and reporting.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
