Position - HR & Admin Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 1,000,000 MMK ~ 1,300,000 MMK

Business - Distribution

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Tamwe Township

Job Description: 

  • Manage end-to end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop job descriptions and maintain employee records.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
  • Promote employee growth and performance improvement.
  • Manage payroll processing and oversee employee benefits administration.
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal systems and support managers with performance reviews.
  • Develop employee retention strategies.
  • Supervise daily office operations, including maintenance and vendor management.
  • Oversea office supplies procedure and inventory management.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office repairs and IT support.
  • Organize company meeting, team-building activities, and other events.
  • Manage travel arrangements and schedule for employees.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, including employee records, contracts, and reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Monitor office expenses and ensure budget adherence.
  • Provide cost-effective solutions for administrative needs.

Job Requirement

  • Any Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively.
