Job Description:
- Manage end-to end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop job descriptions and maintain employee records.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
- Promote employee growth and performance improvement.
- Manage payroll processing and oversee employee benefits administration.
- Benchmark salaries and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
- Coordinate performance appraisal systems and support managers with performance reviews.
- Develop employee retention strategies.
- Supervise daily office operations, including maintenance and vendor management.
- Oversea office supplies procedure and inventory management.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
- Coordinate with vendors for office repairs and IT support.
- Organize company meeting, team-building activities, and other events.
- Manage travel arrangements and schedule for employees.
- Maintain and organize company documents, including employee records, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Monitor office expenses and ensure budget adherence.
- Provide cost-effective solutions for administrative needs.
Job Requirement
- Any Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively.
