Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job posting, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update employee records, recruitment databases, and other HR documentation
- Support onboarding process for new employees (preparing contracts, collecting documents, orientation arrangements)
- Assist in communicating and coordinating with clients regarding recruitment and placement updates
- Help prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines)
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment field
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
