Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt (Kan Thar Yar Office Tower)
Description:
- Assist in recruitment and selection functions: Preparing job descriptions, job posting, prescreening, candidates communication, schedule interview and onboarding process.
- Sourcing and recruiting candidate by using database, social media and LinkedIn and Job platform etc.
- Assist supervisor to arrange in the whole recruitment process such as interviewing, appointing, document preparing and orientation etc.,
- Checking employee working history & job offering process.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team Leader.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder. (Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management)
- Minimum 2-year experience in Recruitment & Selection field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication Skills & English Skills.
- Adaptable, flexible and open to change.
- Good team player and willing to learn
