โข Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
โข Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and staff retention.
โข Lead recruitment processes, develop and implement performance appraisal systems and HR policies.
โข Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR reporting.
โข Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and employment regulations.
โข Handle employee disciplinary matters and workplace conflict resolution.
โข Plan and organize training and development programs to improve employee performance.
โข Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with operational goals and business performance.
โข Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.
โข Provide HR insights and recommendations to management based on workforce data, employee performance trends, and business needs.
โข Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
โข Promote a positive working environment and company culture.
โข Support the implementation of performance management systems that align employee KPIs with business targets and service standards.
โข Identify workforce capability gaps and coordinate training programs to improve service quality and operational performance.

โข Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
โข Minimum 5โ7 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Distribution, or Trading companies.
โข Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.
โข Experience managing large workforce (200+ employees preferred).
โข Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
โข Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters.
โข Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
โข Good English communication and reporting skills.
โข Ability to understand business operations and translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
