โ€ข Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

โ€ข Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and staff retention.

โ€ข Lead recruitment processes, develop and implement performance appraisal systems and HR policies.

โ€ข Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR reporting.

โ€ข Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and employment regulations.

โ€ข Handle employee disciplinary matters and workplace conflict resolution.

โ€ข Plan and organize training and development programs to improve employee performance.

โ€ข Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with operational goals and business performance.

โ€ข Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.

โ€ข Provide HR insights and recommendations to management based on workforce data, employee performance trends, and business needs.

โ€ข Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

โ€ข Promote a positive working environment and company culture.

โ€ข Support the implementation of performance management systems that align employee KPIs with business targets and service standards.

โ€ข Identify workforce capability gaps and coordinate training programs to improve service quality and operational performance.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

โ€ข Minimum 5โ€“7 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Distribution, or Trading companies.

โ€ข Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.

โ€ข Experience managing large workforce (200+ employees preferred).

โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

โ€ข Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters.

โ€ข Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

โ€ข Good English communication and reporting skills.

โ€ข Ability to understand business operations and translate business needs into effective HR strategies.
