โ€ข Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned regions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and job offers through online and offline channels.
โ€ข Handle job advertisements, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, assessments, and interview arrangements with hiring managers.
โ€ข Conduct new employee orientation and support staff induction programs related to HR policies and procedures.
โ€ข Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems, including preparation of HR documents such as confirmation, promotion, increment, warning, and termination letters.
โ€ข Manage employee files, employment contracts, and labor office coordination to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
โ€ข Support performance appraisals, employee relations, engagement activities, and coordination with cross-functional departments and branch offices.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree with HR diploma or certificate is an advantage.
โ€ข 3 to 5 years and above experienced in HR field.
โ€ข Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
โ€ข Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.
โ€ข Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
โ€ข Open-minded, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
