โข Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned regions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and job offers through online and offline channels.
โข Handle job advertisements, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, assessments, and interview arrangements with hiring managers.
โข Conduct new employee orientation and support staff induction programs related to HR policies and procedures.
โข Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems, including preparation of HR documents such as confirmation, promotion, increment, warning, and termination letters.
โข Manage employee files, employment contracts, and labor office coordination to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
โข Support performance appraisals, employee relations, engagement activities, and coordination with cross-functional departments and branch offices.

โข Bachelorโs degree with HR diploma or certificate is an advantage.
โข 3 to 5 years and above experienced in HR field.
โข Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
โข Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
โข Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.
โข Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
โข Open-minded, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
