Position - HR Executive (F - 1 Post)
Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 900,000 MMK + Ferry + Lunch Box + Phone Bill Allowance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Description:
- Execute recruitment and selection processes in alignment with the company's Recruitment Plan to ensure efficient and timely hiring.
- Perform assigned HR functions in line with job responsibilities and ensure timely completion according to departmental timelines.
- Monitor and verify employees' daily Attendance, Overtime (OT), and Leave records accurately.
- Prepare and submit the Monthly Final Attendance Report to the HR Manager within the required timeframe.
- Process and finalize the Monthly Social Security Board (SSB) report in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage official documentation, including the filing and mailing (when necessary) of HR Letters and Notices issued by the HR Department.
- Support and work towards achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the HR Department.
- Assist with additional duties or special tasks assigned by supervisors or management, as needed.
- Ensure proper handling and processing of Personal Income Tax procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Written English.
- Knowledge of labor laws, SSB, tax regulations, and HR practices is an advantage.
