Job Description:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
- Effectively manage HR processes and foster a positive working environment.
- Handle conflicts among staff and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and develop plans for employee skill-building and career development (internal/external training).
- Draft and implement organizational policies and procedures aligned with company culture and business needs.
- Develop and manage employee well-being programs and team-building activities.
- Listen to employees across departments and ensure their voices and needs are communicated to the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
- Strong Recruitment and Staffing skills.
- Excellent Employee Relations skills, especially in managing employees with diverse educational backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and effective communication skills.
- Understanding of labor laws.
- Ability to work under Board of Directors (BOD) pressure.
- Good leadership skills with a balance of hard skills and soft skills.
