Position - HR Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,500,000 MMK

Business - Hotel Business

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Hlaing Thar Yar Township

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

 •Bachelor’s degree required. 

•Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources is highly preferred. 

•Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience. 

•Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

•Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations.

•Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.

•Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

•Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development.
