Position - HR Manager (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - 1,500,000 MMK ~ 2,000,000 MMK
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location -Yangon Downtown Area
Job Description:
- To lead the HR function and adhere to the company policy and procedure.
- To develop and implement HR strategies and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- To coordinating with the management and employee to smooth relationship.
- Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting new staff.
- To create the positive working environment.
- To manage the performance appraisal and evaluate high and actual performance.
- Can lead to all assistant and implement the succession plan.
- To maintain pay plan and benefits program compliance with labor laws and regulations
- To estimate the budget plan and manpower plan.
- Manage company culture and coordinate between departments.
- Manage employee relations, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- To manage audit report for yearly.
- To manage in other instruction assigned by management
Job Requirement
- 5-7 years as in relevant working experience.
- 4 skills in English. (Chinese language more preferred)
- Must have MBA or MSc degree in HR and relevant certificate is a plus.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation.
- Accountability, Accuracy, adaptability, and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skill, Management skill, Leadership skill, Communication skill, Problem solving skill, strategic thinking ability and proven ability to multi task.
- Advance in computer skill including HRIS system.
