Position - HR Officer (Recruitment) (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 600,000 MMK 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)

Location  - Myaynigone Township

Job Description:

• Proficiently Sourcing potential candidates from various social media (Facebook, Viber, Telegram,Linked In)

• Meeting deadlines in sourcing candidates

• Drawing schedule for recruitment and reporting them weekly

• Selecting candidates, preparing tests, Making interview appointments

• Preparing Employment Contract, Providing Orientations

Job Requirement

• Any Bachelor Degree (or) Master Degree

• Diploma in Human Resource Management

• Above 3 years’ experience in Recruitment & Selection

• Prefer experience in Education field

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Hardworking, Accuracy)

• Intermediate level in English
