Position - HR Specialist (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Negotiate

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Bahan Township
Responsibilities
- Assist the Recruitment process.
- Responsible for Daily Field Force Attendance Report.
- Responsible for Payroll Calculation; Tax & SSB Calculation.
- Update and maintain of employee record in system.
- Organize team building activities.
- Any other HR related ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
- In the case of entry and exit procedures, the entry and exit procedures shall be completed at the specified time after receiving the notice of addition and resignation.
- Analyze trends in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Employee care and communication. Provide feedback and attention to employees covering all employees' regular holiday, birthday greetings, and caring for employees.
Qualifications
- Diploma certificate in HRM/HRD.
- Good understanding of HR process and Labor Laws.
- At least 3~5 years previous HR experience gained in corporate or agency side.
- Strong HR Management skills and Communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office software such as word, Excel, Outlook, and Presentation.
Language Requirements:
1. English
2. Chinese preferred
Education Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above
