Position - HR Supervisor (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,000,000 MMK

Business – FMCG Distribution (Beverage / Soft Drink), Mini Mart

Working Days & Hours – Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location – Mandalay

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

·        Manage all HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.

·        Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

·        Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.

·        Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

·        Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

·        Prepares and improves HR systems for continuous organizational growth

·        Conducts new hire employee orientations and apprises employees of benefit options

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

·        Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.

·        Proven working experience as HR Supervisor or HR Executive role

·        Candidates with prior experience working within HR Outsourcing Services are strongly preferred.

·        Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written)

·        In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

·        Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively without supervision.

·        Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business management systems.
