Position - HR Supervisor (1 Post)

Salary – Up to 10 Lakhs

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Working Hours – 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township.

Job Descriptions:*

• Act as HR representative supporting HR outsourcing projects and client HR functions.

• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. 

• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation. 

• Assist in payroll and benefits data preparation and coordination. 

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

• Organize training sessions, track learning activities, and maintain training records. 

• Support employee engagement initiatives and handle basic employee relations matters. 

• Manage visa applications and coordinate travel arrangements in line with company policies. 

• Update and maintain HR systems, including employee data, profiles, and headcount reports; ensure data accuracy and timely system updates. 

• Respond to HR-related inquiries and perform other assigned HR duties.

*Job Requirements:*

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and HR administration.

• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law compliance.

• Familiarity with HRIS and strong ability to manage and maintain HR data accurately.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work well with others in a team setting.

• Able to communicate effectively in English.
