Position - HR System Analyst (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,000,000 MMK

Business - Microfinance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Tarmwe Township

Job Description: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the HRIS implementation process.
  • Support the upgrade, testing, and deployment of HRIS modules, contributing to continuous system improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to gather system requirements, identify operational needs, and implement process enhancements.
  • Deliver user support and conduct training sessions for HRIS users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot routine system issues and liaise with IT or external vendors for resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Monitor daily HRIS usage, track system functionality, and address user concerns to ensure smooth operation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal data protection policies.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to maintain accurate data flow and support process integration across systems.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
  • Input new employee data into the HRIS, ensuring timely and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Support recruitment-related activities as assigned by HR Manager.
  • Support Compensation and Benefit related tasks in HRIS System as assigned by HR Manager.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and special assignments delegated by management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration, with hands-on proficiency in HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes, including the full employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, training, and performance management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated experience in generating and analyzing HR reports.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll departments.
