Salary - Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Attract Incentive (Depend on skills & experience)

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Job Description:
- Manage sales team, in charge of 2 Key Account Executives
- Develop and execute key account strategic plans, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and key account acquisitions
- Hit the Month/Quarter/Annual gross sales and revenue targets
- Ensure the team’s performance, action plan and follow set PCP (Perfect Call Procedure) doing market visit
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and all projects are running seamlessly with the minimum hiccups
- Interacting regularly with the existing/ new key clients to ensure a committed services and long‐term business relationship
- Customer’s engagement and negotiation to win the potential leads aggressively
- Counter check/ key contact point for all the commercial negotiation, pricing, solutions, comments (which can help management to give decision easier)
- Prepare regular report and present insights to VP, senior management for metrics and performance indicators to track sales and departmental progress
- Always track industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions and factors of influencing sales
- Manage customers database, being up‐to‐date with business overview and latest industry trends
- Prepare healthier sales pipeline, short and long‐term sales forecasts, effective sales plans and reports to contribute development of core business strategies which drive the sustainable sales, profit and growth of company
- Play as a hybrid role of sales execution and strategic plan
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Holder; Business Management and Administration is preferred
- Good at English Language both writing & oral
- Excellent Microsoft Skills [MS Team, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point]
- Minimum 3~5 years of experiences, telecommunication related industries would be an advantage
- Strong in driving team by mentoring and inspiring to deliver the organizational expected sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presenting and problem‐solving skills
- Result oriented with strong working experience in B2B sales and account management
- Resilient and able to manage work under pressure
- Ability to multitask and adaptable
- Good personality with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and open‐minded
