Position - Logistics Customer Service Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate + Annual Bonus

Business - Logistics

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Description: 

  • Handle day-to-day customer service activities for logistics and freight forwarding operations.
  • Manage LCL shipments from booking to delivery.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customs clearance processes with brokers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation using MS Office, Outlook, and relevant software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities; candidates with their own customer base are preferred.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Male or Female, aged between 25 to 38 years.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Proven experience handling LCL shipments.
  • Good understanding of customs clearance procedures and ability to liaise with brokers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Trade Net 2.0
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure 
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
  • Candidates with existing customer networks are highly preferred
