Position - Marketing Executive (M - 1 Post)

Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,000,000 MMK + Yearly Increment + Travelling Allowance

Business - Microfinance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Mayangone Township

Job Description: 

  • Marketing Executive will mainly responsible for develop company marketing strategy & marketing process and will get the ownership. 
  • Conducting market research, surveys, and identifying new requirements & changes in the market, reports, and providing necessary recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Need to parallels work with company social media platforms and increase the outreach.
  • To maintain the quality of the branches and the standards of the staff, in terms of developing company brand name and uniqueness. 
  • Handle and organize the company's marketing activities and campaigns, including social media marketing, identifies new business opportunities, and escalates to the business department.
  • Organize company specific activities and events. 
  • To develop strong customer inquiry handling process and inquiry convention & monitoring process.
  • Conducting quarterly marketing audits and submitting feedbacks.
  • Preparing monthly marketing reports and submit.
  • Publish company activities internal & external and communicate to front line staff.
  • Collaborate with respective product owners and managers for external collaboration.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with internal departments.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (a master's degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or microfinance is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of microfinance (or) financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of risk assessment and credit analysis.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the microfinance (or) financial industry.
  • Using internet, Email and good in MS office and typing (English and Myanmar)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
