Position - Marketing Executive (F - 2 Posts)

Salary - 600,000 MMK ~ 800,000 MMK

Business - Distribution

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM) Sat (9:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM)

Location - South Okkalapa Township

Job Description: 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Develop and manage Point of Sale (POS) materials such as posters, shelf talkers, and in-store branding to attract customer attention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and in-store media.
  • Support the implementation of trade promotions and consumer engagement activities to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing collateral and promotional tools that support sales conversion.
  • Assist in managing business PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock or stockouts.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance data, preparing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with trade partners, retail outlets, and brand principals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and in-store marketing strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in POS management, advertising planning, and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with agencies and trade partners.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and consumer engagement tactics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
