Position - Marketing Manager (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance, Travelling Allowance, Phone Bill Allowance, Uniform, Annual Bonus

Business - Cement Distribution 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Location - Mandalay

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and more.

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Analyzing marketing data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

• Managing the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

• Managing All events & campaigns according to marketing plan

• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings

• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

• Track the performance of all marketing campaigns

• Make and implement marketing plan (monthly, quarterly & yearly)

• Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Senior Management Team

• Other jobs assigned by Senior Management Team

Job Requirement

• Age between 30 – 40

• Any Graduate (Prefer Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management (or) MBA)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing Management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Internet

• Implement Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns to draw customers’ attention and increase brand awareness

• Must have a good understanding of Market & Industry Trends and be able to lead Market Research & Competitor Analysis.

• Must be able to lead and prepare events and campaigns

• Must be able to cooperate and implement market projects

 

• Able to travel if necessary
