Position - Marketing Manager (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Business - Distribution

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM) Sat (9:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM)

Location - South Okkalapa Township

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define brand positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Manage and grow the brand portfolio by building strong consumer connections.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
  • Oversee packaging design, promotions, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Plan and execute ATL (TV, print, radio), BTL (events, in-store), and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time.
  • Manage digital presence including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing.
  • Analyze digital metrics and adjust strategy for improved ROI and engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales and trade marketing teams to support retail execution.
  • Develop POS materials and in-store activation plans tailored to channels.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and supply chain.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and client relationship management.

  • Ability to manage relationships with trade partners and internal teams.
  • Experience in leading marketing teams, motivating, and training employees.
  • Strong ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
