Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Define brand positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
- Manage and grow the brand portfolio by building strong consumer connections.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
- Oversee packaging design, promotions, and product lifecycle planning.
- Plan and execute ATL (TV, print, radio), BTL (events, in-store), and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time.
- Manage digital presence including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing.
- Analyze digital metrics and adjust strategy for improved ROI and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and trade marketing teams to support retail execution.
- Develop POS materials and in-store activation plans tailored to channels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and supply chain.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and client relationship management.
