Salary - 350,000 MMK ~ 500,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance + Phone Bill + Incentives

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (Sat Alternative) (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Yangon, Mandalay, Pathein, Hinthada

Job Description: 

• Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular visits and product presentations to healthcare professionals to establish relationships and drive sales growth.
• Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Plan, organize, and participate in CME programs to strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate feedback and relevant market information to the management team.
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting of daily visits, sample distributions, and sales activities.
• Manage the sales order process and provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries or issues.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales and marketing.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• Experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or Medical Sales Representative (MSR) is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
