Position – Medical Sales Executive (M/F – 1 Post)

Job Description (JD):

• Ensure coverage of hospitals, clinics and pharmacy within the assigned area. 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals at all levels, 

• including doctors, nurses, midwives, and pharmacists, as well as hospital/clinic decisionmakers. 

• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets in assigned territories while driving sales growth across different SKUs. 

• Participate in field promotional activities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy. 

• Become a product expert in all modern contraceptive methods, particularly the company’s contraceptive products, to deliver accurate and effective detailing. 

• Utilize detailing and promotional materials effectively in all engagements with healthcare providers. 

• Collaborate with the distributor’s team to ensure product delivery and actual sales to customers. 

• Provide timely reporting to the Head of Sales on day-to-day activities, market updates, and key insights.

• Record, analyze, and leverage customer data to identify sales gaps and expand market coverage. 

• Address customer complaints with a positive, solution-oriented approach. 

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in B. Pharm, BNSc (or) any other medical related disciplines. 

• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical sales (or) medical related fields. 

• Prior experience in promoting obstetric and gynecological (OB/GYN) products will be a 

• strong advantage. 

• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as required. 

• Self-motivated and result oriented person with strong negotiation & selling skill. 

• Strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills is required. 

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Basic. 

• Ability to work under pressure & in a multicultural environment. 

• Ability to work independently. 

• Accuracy, Efficiency and Accountability are required. 

• Good command of English in both writing and speaking skills is preferable. 

• Knowledge of Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and Contraception is preferable.
