Job Responsibilities

1. Follow up, coordinate, and operate special projects in the industry. Independently plan the whole operation case, build operation strategies, and implement specific execution points in the operation phase.

2. Plan independently based on business requirements in a planned manner. Output the activity plan and promote the timely development of the activity and go live. Monitor activity KPIs. Analyze and regularly output the activity operation review report;

3. Coordinate all key nodes of project operation and ensure efficiency. Carefully execute the detailed work related to project operation, actively solve the project challenges encountered, ensure the smooth operation of the project, and achieve the project objectives.

4. Effectively improve indicators by continuously optimizing products and combining marketing activities.

5. Continuously focus on the market, industry, competing products and partner dynamics, actively explore new operation strategies and directions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, have experience in product operation. Have professional knowledge and understanding of user operation and activity operation.

2. Have good learning ability. Analysis and problem-solving ability and project management ability; High initiative, strong learning ability, diligent thinking, strong execution;

3. Have certain innovation ability and be able to iterate new play methods continuously;

4. Sensitive to data, strong logical analysis capabilities and copywriting. Word expression ability;

5. Careful and dedicated work; Strong sense of responsibility, good external communication and teamwork skills, full of passion. Be able to accept challenges and work under pressure.
