Position: Operation Supervisor

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Working Days & Hours : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise café staff to maintain excellent customer service and teamwork.

• Manage and monitor all daily café operations to ensure consistent service quality.

• Prepare and manage staff schedules, and performance oversight.

• Coordinate with delivery platforms (such as Foodpanda, Grab, etc.) and ensure timely, accurate order handling.

• Monitor daily stock levels and manage inventory, including reordering when necessary.

• Ensure the café maintains proper hygiene, cleanliness, and operational safety standards.

• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.

• Train new employees and ensure all staff adhere to café SOPs and policies.

• Report and support management in improving operational processes 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, F&B, or retail operations.

• Experience supervising or leading a team is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of stock control, inventory management, and daily operations.

• Familiarity with delivery applications (Foodpanda, Grab, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
