Position - Payroll Specialist/ HR Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate + Transportation Allowance

Business - Outsourcing Service

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll and HR data, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Support payroll reconciliations, audits, and promptly resolve discrepancies or employee queries.
  • Collaborate with finance for payroll reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, taxation changes, and statutory obligations impacting payroll.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits setup, and final settlements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with HR and labor policies.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, leaves, and statutory benefits.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll and HR reports to support management decisions and audits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as payroll accuracy, attendance, and employee cost data.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll and HR operational efficiency.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software systems

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of payroll practices, statutory compliance, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
