Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee payroll and HR data, ensuring accuracy in earnings, deductions, and benefits.
- Support payroll reconciliations, audits, and promptly resolve discrepancies or employee queries.
- Collaborate with finance for payroll reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
- Stay updated on labor laws, taxation changes, and statutory obligations impacting payroll.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits setup, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with HR and labor policies.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including insurance, leaves, and statutory benefits.
- Prepare and analyze payroll and HR reports to support management decisions and audits.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as payroll accuracy, attendance, and employee cost data.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll and HR operational efficiency.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software systems
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of payroll practices, statutory compliance, and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
