Salary - Negotiate + Transportation Allowance

Busienss - Outsourcing Service

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Description:

  • Provide direct administrative assistance to management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating daily activities.
  • Attend internal and client meetings, record detailed meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Client Relationship & Communication Management
  • Serve as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Coordinate client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups to enhance business relationships.
  • Support management in client engagement activities, events, and correspondence.
  • Documentation & Record Management
  • Organize and maintain company documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track updates to key business documents and ensure consistency across files.
  • Support in drafting official letters, proposals, and internal memos as needed.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate internal communications between departments to ensure alignment on business activities.
  • Monitor deadlines, schedules, and follow-up tasks for management and team members.
  • Prepare regular summaries and progress reports for leadership review.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
  • Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or coordination roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or client relations preferred.
