Position - Regional Sales & Marketing Manager (M - 3 Posts)

Salary - Up to 1.500,000 MMK + Bonus+ Commission + Meal and Travel Allowance+Rewards for over performance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Yangon.Ayeyawaddy

Job Description:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth

• Manage a team of sales, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales operations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

• Generates sales reports and forecasts

• Report to Sale Plan & sale report monthly to Country Head

• Have a good sales track record & Monitors sales performance

• Analyzes market trends and behaviors

• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

• Must be able to communicate with all levels of users from top management to ends users very patiently at every situation and handle all problems, complaints well

Job Requirement

• Any graduate

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a regional sales management role

• Valid driver's license

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship-building

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English (Writing & Speaking)
