Position - Regional Sales Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK +++

Business - FMCG

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mandalay

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Drive the companyโ€™s growth and sales performance across Mandalay and Upper Myanmar through structured regional strategies.
  • Lead a regional team of field sales staff, including supervisors and frontline representatives, ensuring productivity and high morale.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and sub-distributors to ensure coverage, stock availability, and timely delivery to retailers.
  • Analyze market data and territory performance, providing weekly and monthly sales insights to head office.
  • Implement and oversee sales campaigns, in-store promotions, and trade activation activities in alignment with national marketing efforts.
  • Expand retail penetration by opening new sales channels and enhancing the existing customer base.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve selling skills, route discipline, and customer relationship management.
  • Maintain strong control over credit, returns, and distributor operational standards.
  • Monitor competitive activities and market shifts, recommending timely tactical changes.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operations in the region.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or regional role.
  • Strong grasp of retail structures, consumer preferences, and distribution models in Upper Myanmar.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking tools, route planning, and territory management.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with retailers and distribution partners.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting systems; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Burmese; Communication skills of English preferred for reporting and communication with head office.
  • Able to travel extensively in the region (up to 40% of the time).
