Position - Regional Sales Manager (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK +++

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mandalay
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Drive the companyโs growth and sales performance across Mandalay and Upper Myanmar through structured regional strategies.
- Lead a regional team of field sales staff, including supervisors and frontline representatives, ensuring productivity and high morale.
- Collaborate closely with distributors and sub-distributors to ensure coverage, stock availability, and timely delivery to retailers.
- Analyze market data and territory performance, providing weekly and monthly sales insights to head office.
- Implement and oversee sales campaigns, in-store promotions, and trade activation activities in alignment with national marketing efforts.
- Expand retail penetration by opening new sales channels and enhancing the existing customer base.
- Train and mentor team members to improve selling skills, route discipline, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain strong control over credit, returns, and distributor operational standards.
- Monitor competitive activities and market shifts, recommending timely tactical changes.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operations in the region.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership or regional role.
- Strong grasp of retail structures, consumer preferences, and distribution models in Upper Myanmar.
- Proficiency in performance tracking tools, route planning, and territory management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with retailers and distribution partners.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting systems; CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Burmese; Communication skills of English preferred for reporting and communication with head office.
- Able to travel extensively in the region (up to 40% of the time).
