Position - Reporting Officer(M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,000,000 MMK + Increment Training provided + Internal Promotion

Business - Microfinance

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Mayangone Township

Job Description:

• To prepare the MIS report on Monthly & Quarterly for submission of Financial Regulatory Department and prepare related reports base on requirement of FRD.

• To coordinate with Area Manager/Regional Manager/ Other department for getting data and information for report preparation.

• Generate require reports as per guidance of Head of department.

• To create and maintain for proper filing system for both hard copies and soft copies.

• Responsible for report optimization, data validation and accuracy with management approved definition and amendment.

• To keep management regularly updated on the operations/social performance status.

• To collect information on MF performance data and survey data then analysis the data and develop the report as needed by company.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Providing necessary information to the senior management on timely manner.

• To participate the relevant meeting / training according to the requirement.

 

• Undertake any other assignment assigned by Head of department.

Job Requirement

• Must have a graduate degree; degree in Computer related field will be preferable

• Must have experience for at least 2 years in Data analysis and Report preparation, Automation

• Age between 25-35;

• Should be able to work under challenging circumstances with minimum supervision

• Manage on data and information to be fed in the computer and maintaining files in computer.

• Excellent working knowledge on Excel and experience in using Power BI will be preferable

 

• Previous work experience in Microfinance is an asset.

• Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff and outside clients.

• Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

• Strong Communication and analytical Skills.
