Location - East Dagon Township

Job Description:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the generator and car spare parts industry.

• Product Development: Lead the development of new products and enhancements to existing products based on market insights, customer feedback, and technological advancements.

• Explore Potential Territories: Evaluate all new potential customers throughout the country with standard approaching techniques. Need to hunt all projects concerned with product nature.

• Communication Management: Strong communication and effective dealing skills with suppliers, manufactures, dealers and retail shops.

• Project Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and feasibility analysis to prototype development, testing, and commercialization.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company goals and objectives.

• Budget Management: Manage the research and development budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize innovation and productivity.

• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all products developed by the R&D team.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to product

safety, emissions, and environmental sustainability, ensuring all products comply with relevant

requirements.

• Technology Assessment: Evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes that could enhance product performance, reduce costs, or streamline manufacturing processes.

Job Requirement

• Education Background: Research and development aeras, business development areas or similar related field related with generators, heavy machinery and car spare parts sales and distribution areas. (Preferable of Bachelor’s degree in engineering.)

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the automotive or machinery industry. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable.

• Skills: English proficiency is a must. Strong IT knowledge to use advanced research tools and techniques. Data Analytical Skills. Good Reporting Skills. Effective Communication Skills.

• Job Nature: Research and Development manager shall have to travel throughout the country of Myanmar to perform the job as per company requirement. Responsible person to finish the project within project time frame.
