Job Summary:

Manage and support sales and marketing team. Develop policy and procedure. Set short-term and long-term

objectives. Plans, organize, manage and develop sales and marketing plan/activities to generate and maximize

sales and to meet the set objectives. Identifies and monitors potential markets, new market and market data

including competitor’s information in order to achieve competitive advantages.

 

Job Description:

1. Planning & Monitoring

- Policy/Procedure/Objectives: Develop sales and marketing policies and procedures, set objectives,

sales target, and prepare sales and marketing strategic plan for productive and systematic operations.

- Team/ Operation: Supervise day to day tasks and activities of team member monitor their

performance, operational planning process, financial/budget execution to achieve high-performance.

- Training: Provide initial training programs for new personnel and provides ongoing training for all sales

personnel and representatives, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote and

sell the products.

- Review& Measurement: Monthly review and measure objective/ target achievement including

market/ product information (market size, market coverage, market share, market trend, market

demand, competitor analysis, etc)

- Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, near expiry items, forecast demand, and coordinate with the

procurement team to ensure optimal stock availability.

2. Sales & Marketing Activities

- Sales & Promotion: Prepare and execute daily visit plan/ join call plan to all Government and Private

Hospitals/Clinics, GP and Laboratories, promote products and discuss customers/end-user’

requirements, needs and feedback.

- Marketing Activities: Plan and organize marketing activities including, product presentation

workshops, conferences, exhibition, educational events, webinar programs, etc.,

- Digital Marketing: Design and develop all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database,

email, advertising via social media and web page.

- Quotations & Contract: Prepare and review sales quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers/

Dealers.

- Tender/ Project: Conduct research, study specification, discuss with KOL and prepare for Tender/

project requirement and lead tender/ project process for positive outcome.

- Research and Survey: Conduct market research, market demand, market size, market share and

competitors’ information, etc., identifying new business opportunities.

3. Customer Relationship

- Relationship: Regularly visit and meet with KOL of healthcare professionals, maintain strong

relationships all related interested parties.

- Customer Service: Promptly response to customers feedbacks, understand customer needs and

recommend appropriate solutions.

- Customer Complaint: Handle customer compliant, collect and investigate accurate information and

perform as per compliant handling procedure.

- Customer Satisfaction: Make sure customers are satisfy with our products and service, collect survey

and review feedback, and act improvement actions and corrective actions as per survey feedback.

4. ESP Communication

- Supplier: Communicate with suppliers for marketing activities, support requirement, price negotiation,

terms and conditions, ensuring competitive and profitable product offerings.

- International Events: Attend international and local trade exhibitions, conferences, webinar, and

meetings.

- PMS: Collaborate with respective customers and internal teams in concern with post market

activities/events such as product complaints/ recall/ FSCA/AER and pharmacovigilance, and take

necessary actions.

5. Reporting

- Record: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, market data, analysis data.

- Report: Prepare and submit sales and marketing plan covering market analysis, market behavior,

demand, size, competitor analysis, team performance, target achievement, customers’ feedback,

continual action plan and budget proposal etc. and submit to Director.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

- MBBS, B. Pharm, Med Tech, BDS

Essential Requirement

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Strong understanding of medical equipment products, features, and applications.

- Ability to analyze market data identifies trends, and market data-driven decisions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional

teams and external stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, and customer visits flexibility and adaptability

to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines

- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.

Experience

- Previous experience in product management, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare

industry.

- Minimum three years experiences in Management of Sales and Marketing.
