Job Description:
- Post-Tender Processing: Manage and process awarded tenders, ensuring smooth project initiation.
- Contractual Review: Review contractual terms of awarded projects and highlight risks, ensuring full understanding of the scope.
- Budget Review: Collaborate with relevant teams to review the project budget and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Product Comparison: Provide alternative products for comparison, including generating product cut sheets and descriptions.
- Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers to facilitate the purchasing of necessary materials.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team and clients to manage delivery timelines and accommodate ad hoc changes.
- Variation Orders: Handle and process variation orders, coordinating with cross-department teams and clients for confirmation and sign-off.
- Delivery Management: Ensure the on-time delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
- ERP Management: Maintain and consolidate data related to project margins, SKU details, and other relevant project data within the ERP system.
- Cross-department Coordination: Liaise effectively between procurement, project management, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in Windows systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (experience in any ERP system is a must).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
