Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (Sat Alternative) (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Job Description:
- Sales Coordination & Customer Management
- Manage container-based sales transactions, including order processing and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales agreements, and pricing.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and existing customers to close sales.
- Supplier & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with Jinko Solar and other suppliers to ensure timely procurement of solar panels.
- Arrange logistics for container shipments, including import/export documentation.
- Work with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track inventory levels and update stock reports to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Sales Support & Reporting
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, contracts, and tender documents.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining customer databases and sales records.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Market Research & Business Development
- Conduct market research on solar panel demand, competitor pricing, and customer trends.
- Support sales strategies to target wholesalers, retailers, and project developers.
- Assist in marketing activities, including digital promotions and customer engagement.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, or trading.
- Experience in solar panel distribution or renewable energy is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and CRM software.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
