โข Meet monthly and yearly sales targets in assigned areas under the guidance of the Area Sales Manager.ย
โข Follow daily sales routes to visit retail shops and ensure products are always available.ย
โข Manage and maintain regular route plans to improve daily sales coverage.ย
โข Visit the market daily to check product availability, displays, and visibility at mini-marts and grocery shops.ย
โข Build and maintain good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.ย
โข Ensure efficient product distribution and get good shelf space in shops.ย
โข Keep track of competitor activities, prices, promotions, and market trends.ย
โข Implement trade promotions, discounts, and display activities at the store level.ย
โข Handle customer feedback and solve issues regarding product supply, delivery, and service.ย
โข Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports to management.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.ย
โข 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales.ย
โข Good experience in field sales, route operations, and area management.ย
โข Good understanding of retail shops and market execution.ย
โข Good communication, negotiation, and people skills.ย
โข Computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.ย
โข Willing to work in the field and travel regularly within assigned areas.ย
โข Ability to solve problems and meet sales targets under pressure.ย
โข Experience in soft drink or beverage companies is a plus.
