Position – Sales Executive (3 Posts)

Salary – Up to 6 Lakhs + Travel Allowance + Commission 

Business – Market Research 

Working Days - Monday to Friday (Saturday Half Day)

Working Hours – 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM

Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township.

Job Descriptions:

• Promote Yangon Directory advertising solutions, including online listings, banner advertisements, and category sponsorship opportunities.

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential advertisers across various industries.

• Conduct professional client meetings, both in-person and online, and present suitable business proposals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support renewals and upselling opportunities.

• Accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare reports and presentations for the Sales Manager and Supervisor.

• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

• Handle client concerns, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.

• Demonstrate strong negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in digital media or advertising.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
