Position - Sales General Manager (M - 1 Post)
Salary - Above 2,000,000 MMK
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mingalardon Township
Job Description:
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Allocate national target area-wise and product-wise to the market potential and business needs
• Structure & organize, understand the Sales & cross function processes
• Able to understand high level of sales strategic and translate to execution
• Understand sales and distributor processes, able to develop or fix the process gaps
• Know the Myanmar market and link the market info
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Managing and Developing Regional Sales Team and Sub-distributors.
• Ensure achievement of sales, brand, category, product and financial targets on the assigned regional
areas (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually).
• Monitoring the progress and performance of regional distributors and sales team and setting
challenging goals for them; ensures that the team is provided with resources for smooth functioning.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain regular regional and sub-distributor visits.
• Ensure Implementation of all marketing programs and promotions at regional and channel level.
• Responsible for the accurate reporting of all details pertaining to sales figures, category data, stock
movement, inventory aging, personnel movement etc.
Job Requirement
• Minimum 10 years sales experiences and Minimum five years’ experience in a managerial capacity
• Experience in Distribution Management, Field sales Management, Key Account Management (MT)
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
