Position - Sales Head (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement national sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets by region and channel.
  • Analyze sales trends, market potential, and competitor performance.
  • Lead forecasting and demand planning in coordination with the supply team.
  • Ensure efficient nationwide distribution coverage (Upper & Lower Myanmar).
  • Strengthen relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
  • Approve new dealer enrollment and manage dealer performance reviews.
  • Optimize product flow and inventory control across all channels.
  • Manage and motivate the entire sales force including regional managers, executives, and sales reps.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching, and training sessions.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Recruit and develop future sales leaders within the organization.
  • Drive expansion into new cities, townships, and emerging markets.
  • Coordinate with marketing to implement local and national campaigns.
  • Ensure brand visibility, in-store display, and retail merchandising standards.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, dealer meetings, and media events.
  • Monitor sales data and prepare management reports on sales performance, profitability, and market feedback.
  • Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for trade promotions and incentive programs.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to top management.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in mobile phone or FMCG sales leadership roles.
  • Proven success in managing nationwide distribution networks.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Burmese (both written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and CRM/reporting systems.
  • Able to travel frequently and work under dynamic business environments.
